Ms. Rane brings 23 years Customer Service experience, 19 years of Retail Management and 4 years of banking Management experience with Cowlitz/Bay Bank Bellevue. Previous experience includes Retail Management and Sole Proprietorship.
Heather has served on the board of the Renton Business and Professional Women’s organization as Treasurer in 2008-2009. She currently serves on the borad of the Bellevue Business and Professional Women's organization as Treasurer since February 2009 and as a Bellevue Chamber of Commerce Ambassador since 2004. Ms. Rane is a member of the Renton BPW, Bellevue BPW, Greater Seattle Chinese Chamber of Commerce, Kent Chamber of Commerce and Bellevue Chamber of Commerce. Heather remains active with World Vision, Junior Achievement of Washington and the Overlake Service League. She continues to grow her skills through the Washington Bankers Association and American Bankers Institute.
Ms. Rane will provide Personal and Business Banking expertise and recommendations, with a special focus on your particular business. Ms. Rane will work as a liaison between all Bay Bank departments to ensure timely implementation and accuracy of all services delivered.
