Need a solid CRM consultant/Tech to customize Salesforce - contract job

Salesforce customization - Short term contract job

 

Several elements involved:

New contacts will attend one of our seminars.  We will send a "thank you" email that contains a PROMO CODE and a link to their CLIENT PORTAL into Salesforce. The PROMO CODE will take them to their designated profile page.  This is where they will enter their profile information.  Certain data - like name, address, phone - will be keystroke entries that in certain cases, we have already populated.

Other data will be defined by selecting from numerous drop-down field choices in numerous subjects: income range, bank funds, credit score, number of properties currently owned, date of last purchase, value of last purch, total value of all holdings, total debt against those holdings and many more.  These can be answered with value range selections: $150K - $200K, $201K - 250K... like that.   Upon succesful completion and SAVE of their profile, the system will send that contact an email with their access codes to our company resource and tools website so they can do business with us.

We want to be able to generate Webform HTML code to place into other web sites and drive that collected data into Salesforce.

We want certain values of certain fields to trigger campaigns specific to that contact's disposition.

We want certain data within our company website to populate into new, custom fields in Salesforce.

We want our management team to be able to look up a client profile, see what properties they have purchased, what the value of each property was at purchase, what revenue our company made from the transaction, what fees and commissions were paid out and other related data.  We want our salespeople to have access to some, but not all of this data - that's easy to do using permissions.

There is a little more to it than this - and we are in process of defining our final feature and architecture requirements and we'll have that completed by May 20.  We want this project completed and fully operational by June 1.

I'd like to have a conversation with an intelligent, experience professional that has ridden this bull many times already (not your first rodeo...)
